Shipping Information
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates:
We offer flat rate shipping within the United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

In-Store Pickup:

In-store pickup is available at 4800 W 135th Street, Suite 260, Leawood, KS 66224. Pickups are available during store hours: M-Th 10-6, F-Sat 10-5. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready.
Order Status and Tracking:
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 3 business days for the tracking information to update once you’ve received a notification that your order has shipped.
Shipping Delays:
Please note that there may be delays due to weather, postal service issues, etc., especially during high-volume seasons. Once your order has left our store we are at the mercy of the carrier and will do our best to help you track down any missing packages.
Change to Policies
We may change any of the above policies or practices at any time, which shall be binding when posted.

We are able to offer exchange for a different size or merchandise credit for any purchase that is:

Merchandise Credit Information:
If you choose merchandise credit, a texted gift card with the amount of appropriate credit will be sent to you. Keep this texted gift card and utilize the code at the bottom that can be applied on your order at your next checkout.
How to Start a Return:
To initiate a return, please email us at clothology135@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll reply with return instructions.
Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Store Credit:
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item and notify you that a merchandise credit is being texted to you to utilize on your next purchase.
Exchanges:
We offer direct exchanges for in-store returns. Use gift card code for online exchanges at checkout.
